I can't log in

Use Forgot password on the login page. A reset link comes to your email and lasts 24 hours. Check your junk folder if it doesn't arrive within a few minutes.

My invite link has expired

Invite links last 14 days. Ask an admin to send a fresh one, or use Forgot password with the email address the admins have for you.

Getting the app on your phone

iPhone: open the site in Safari, tap Share, then Add to Home Screen.
Android: open the site in Chrome, tap the menu, then Install app.

It uses the same login as the website.

Scoring with no signal

Keep entering scores. The app saves them on your phone and sends them when you're back in range. The badge at the top right shows how many are waiting to send.

A score is wrong

Anyone in your group can fix a hole until the card is attested. After that, ask an admin to correct it.

My handicap is out of date

Update your GA handicap on your profile (My profile, top right). Admins can also set it for you.

Round emails aren't arriving

Check your junk or spam folder and add the Silv Golf address to your contacts. You can also reply to any round from the round's page on the site.

Deleting a photo

Open the photo and press Delete. You can delete your own photos; admins can delete any.
